Volunteer Opportunities

Your donation of time allows us to continue our valuable work creating healthier families and a healthier community. We welcome individuals to donate their time, skill and expertise.

Examples of volunteering your time can include joining our Board of Directors, teaching yoga, assisting with events, coordinating sports and activities for the children, organizing donations or creative expressions classes.
